Um amigo meu acabou de voltar de férias do Japão, de uma visita à sua família. Mas como é muito esperto, vai sempre na época que as cerejeiras ficam todas floridas (sakura, em japonês). No meio do álbum de fotos, uma surpresa. Ele descobriu o Cafe Rosso, em Shimane. Lá eles servem o design capuccino - um café ilustrado com desenhos fofos feitos com a mistura do café com a espuminha do leite. Em Sâo Paulo eu já tinha visto folhas e coração. Mas ursinho e coelho foi inédito - demais! Tive que pedir as fotos "emprestadas"a ele para colocar aqui no Superziper e dividir com vocês.
Update: a Mônica, de Criciúma, lembra que esta técnica também é conhecida como "latte art". Dêem uma olhada em um search de imagens pra ver quanta coisa existe, fiquei passada. Graças ao termo acabei encontrando um tutorial de como se faz no WikiHow e um vídeo no YouTube demonstrando como se chega no ursinho.
